New Technique To The Tree Care Industry
Air spading is a fairly new technique to the tree care industry. It uses high pressure air to move soil away from tree roots without damaging the roots. Chatham Tree Services uses this tool for root collar excavations to determine if a tree has girdling roots, which if left unmanaged can eventually kill the tree.
If a tree is planted to deep we can remove soil back to the proper planting depth, or for smaller trees remove all the soil and replant the tree at the proper depth.
Vertical mulching is another technique that we use to amend soil or reduce soil compaction to promote healthier soil for root development. For more information go to AIRSPADE or contact us at Chatham Tree Services.
